We were honored to welcome Mr. Michael Lavin to EdQ for two workshops on stress and mind management. He shared practical, research-based tools to help participants better manage stress and improve mental well-being. As a psychotherapist and VP of Organizational Behavior Effectiveness, Mr. Lavin brings global experience in supporting schools and organizations with communication, motivation, and emotional resilience.

We were happy to welcome Dr. Ali Ahmad Bin Seman to EdQ. With over 35 years of experience in education and teacher training, he has helped many schools and teachers improve the way they teach, especially in English and bilingual programs. At EdQ, Dr. Ali led a workshop on "Teaching Mathematics and Science in English. Experiences and Lessons Learned from Malaysia." He shared real stories and practical tips from Malaysia’s journey in using English to teach these subjects — from how policies changed, to how teachers were trained and supported.
