The Stress Management & Mind Management workshop, led by Mr. Michael, began with the thought-provoking story Golden Windows, illustrating the common tendency to seek health, happiness, and success externally rather than internally. This set the stage for an insightful discussion on the nature of stress, distinguishing between positive stress (eustress) and negative stress, and emphasizing the impact of chronic stress and employee burnout in the workplace. Mr. Michael highlighted the significance of employee wellness, explaining how effective stress management can lead to reduced turnover, lower absenteeism, and improved productivity, reinforcing the idea that stress is an inside job—calmness brings strength, while being upset leads to weakness.
The workshop concluded with an emphasis on employee wellness, detailing the adverse effects of stress on both the mind and body. Mr. Michael introduced 13 calming methods and shared the six essential keys to transforming one's life, encouraging attendees to take proactive steps toward better mental and emotional well-being.
Through engaging discussions and practical strategies, Mr. Michael provided participants with valuable insights and actionable techniques to manage stress effectively, enhance psychological resilience, and cultivate a balanced, productive, and fulfilling professional and personal life.
The Energy Psychology & Emotional + Physical Wellness workshop, led by Mr. Michael, opened with the enlightening story of The Tea Cup and the Wise Man, emphasizing the importance of possessing a beginner’s mind, emptying the mind of preconceived notions, and cultivating stillness to enhance mental clarity and self-awareness. This introduction set the foundation for a discussion on transforming negativity into productivity and harnessing the power of the inner therapist and inner pharmacy—the body's natural ability to heal and regulate itself.
Mr. Michael presented scientific validation for energy psychology, citing 99 randomized control trials, 95 pre-post outcome studies, 6 meta-analyses, and 11 systematic reviews, demonstrating its effectiveness. He emphasized how integrating energy work can reshape behavior, improve health, and empower individuals to take charge of their emotional and physical well-being, positioning them as the CEO and architect of their own wellness.
The session delved into accessing the unconscious mind, introducing muscle testing and ideomotor cueing as methods to reveal underlying emotional and physical imbalances. By understanding the mind-body connection, participants learned how energy influences both psychological and physical states.
A key highlight was the rapid treatment techniques for various psychological and physical concerns. Mr. Michael introduced a needle-free acupressure method involving tapping on meridians to restore energetic balance. This simple yet powerful technique was demonstrated as a tool to address anxiety disorders (panic attacks, social anxiety, obsessions, and phobias), mood disorders like depression, and relationship or childhood issues. On the physical level, participants explored how energy psychology could alleviate headaches, joint pain, allergies, arthritis, weight gain, toothaches, and high blood pressure.
Another critical discussion was on psychological reversal, which Mr. Michael explained as a major cause of self-sabotage, addictions, procrastination, and negative thought patterns. Participants learned strategies to defuse negative energy and shift toward a more positive and productive mindset.
